DESCRIPTION:In many cases\, women are at the centre stage right from home t
 o the office and back home. Given a woman’s multidimensional role at wor
 k\, home and the community\, people of all age groups ‘look to her’ so
  as to excel in every area of life. Therefore\, a woman’s interaction wi
 th people in her sphere of influence can significantly impact the performa
 nce of men and women in her environment\, by either enhancing performance 
 or pulling it down. On that backdrop\, the proposed consultative forum wil
 l seek to provide on-spot advice and guidance to women in Uganda Civil Avi
 ation Authority’s workforce thereby equipping the women with tools that 
 will empower them to excel all-round. That ‘excellence’ will result in
  a trickle down and multiplier effect\, thereby enhancing bottom-line perf
 ormance at all levels of the Authority.
