Virtuous Professional Woman Empowerment Program for Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE) : Consultative Forum for Women in the Workspace

In many cases, women are at the centre stage right from home to the office and back home. Given a woman’s multidimensional role at work, home and the community, people of all age groups ‘look to her’ so as to excel in every area of life. Therefore, a woman’s interaction with people in her sphere of influence can significantly impact the performance of men and women in her environment, by either enhancing performance or pulling it down. On that backdrop, the proposed consultative forum will seek to provide on-spot advice and guidance to women in MWE’s workforce thereby equipping the women with tools that will empower them to excel all-round. That ‘excellence’ will result in a trickle down and multiplier effect, thereby enhancing bottom-line performance at all levels of the MWE.
